Akira Kojima is a side character featured in Sano's route for Boyfriend to Death. He's a major character in Dollmaker, and he is the main character in Huntress.

Akira seems to have an appearance very similar to Sano, as pointed out by the player when he is first shown. On each ear, there are two piercings and an ear cuff. Usually, Akira is shown in regular street fashion wear.

“Cursed” at a birth for being half naga, Akira and his family were scorned by the village for having children who could walk on two legs. Kiku’s mothering instincts were only as much as a normal snake. She didn’t want to abandon them but she also rarely took care of the twins.
Akira and Sano were raised by their godparents, Elizabeth and Karasu. Elizabeth taught Akira how to fight and play the Violin. Once the village got wind of this they forced the twins into a war they had going on.
Akira and Sano were nearly killed. Sano lost his eye during torture (they wanted information about the twins magic) and Akira received large scratches along his back, but no other damage besides that. Karasu rescued them and both nursed the twins back to health.

He is mentioned by Sano during his interactions with Rire in a bonus scene. After the events of Huntress, Akira remained missing, until he was found.
Personality[]
Akira is a very cocky, confident seeming individual with a rather rough exterior at first. In later parts of Sano's route, it is seen that he is rather bold and straight-forward with the player and quick to trigger.
Abilities[]
- Shapeshifting: He can shift in and out of his naga form.
- Lightning: He can conjure lightning as an offensive spell.
- Labrys: This is the name of his magical axe he can summon at will. It used to belong to Zeus, but Elizabeth stole it after the Deity wars. Akira needs a conduit for this weapon. Usually it’s a smaller military axe.
- Superhuman Strength: He can lift about 700 pounds or 320kg. In his Naga form, he can lift 1ton or 900kg.

- Akira seems to like Overwatch, as seen by the D.VA poster in his room.
- Although not being the focus in this route, he is almost responsible for half of the endings in Sano's route.
